



I have spent a good portion of my Sunday creating and coloring/painting these simple zentangles. I have always wanted to do one, but some of them are very complex, and I was intimidated by that. However, today, I found some instructions while studying art therapy. They were very basic, starting with a shape in the middle and just create outwards from there. The first two I did freehand and the last one, I used a ruler to keep my lines straight and a circle shape to trace the circles. It was very meditative and relaxing. I listened to some music while I worked on them and also to an audio book. It was a terrific way to relax on a day when I really needed it.
